I had shopped at several dealerships, and I had a very nice car to trade as part of the transaction. Mike was the only one that valued my trade in as being considerably better than "average". He was able get me a truly unique Mini Cooper 'S' convertible for a much better price than other dealers were asking for plain ones, and gave me much more for my trade. Mike has been a customer of mine for 25 years. I was able to watch the progress of his new business from the beginning of construction and I was in the market for a car. Since his store is right across the street from mine, I could tell he was getting ready to open, and told him I wanted a Chevy HHR. I gave him my parameters and waited for him to start obtaining inventory. He called me a few days later, and said he had just gotten the perfect car for me. He was able to find me a 2008 HHR for about what I would have paid for a 2006. Because of our longstanding relationship, I was honored to be Mike's very first customer. I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix from Mike in the spring and was impressed with the service and friendliness at the time. Today, in October, months after the sale, Mike went above and beyond any customer service I've ever received. I had to be at work and my car would not start due to a dead battery (the original battery). I was quoted over $200 to repair it by a local garage. Mike offered to come to my home and check to see if that was what was wrong while I got a ride to work. He not only jumped the battery but took it to be replaced and paid for it in good faith until I could repay him after work. He would only let me pay the $70 that he had paid for the battery. The sales warranty had ended, but Mike didn't hesitate to provide service after the sale. He really cares about his customers. Thanks Mike!
